Customer account terms

Use your own email address and keep your password private. Accounts support access to FindOutfit customer features; retailer purchases remain subject to each retailer’s terms.

We store your name, email, password hash, session records and security events to operate and protect your account. We use your email for verification and password recovery. SMTP credentials are encrypted on the server. We do not store your plaintext password.

Sessions last up to 12 hours and expire after 30 minutes without activity. Password reset and password changes end all sessions. Favourites currently stay on your device; account creation does not yet sync them.

For account or deletion requests, use the contact mailbox shown by the site operator. These operational account terms do not replace a complete privacy policy.
